Heck - where have I been?? Mercury is getting ready to Rx & more....

Ok, let's just jump in!  Mercury has been 'previewing' its upcoming retrograde for us since 6/17...and officially shifts gears on the 4th of July - watch out for these FIREWORKS!! The gift of 'review' from Mercury lasts thru 7/28/06, and gives us all a chance to catch our breath and RElax~  This mental dance involves Mercury sliding between Leo and Cancer...it actually entered Leo yesterday (Wed 6/28 at 3:57P EDT) which sparks creative thinking and a potential flair for the dramatic in conversations.  We'll be in this mode thru 7/10...check for an update then on what comes next

Other recent planetary changes:  Venus left her comfy stay in luxurious Taurus for the curiousity and airy lightness of Gemini last Friday (6/23 at 8:31P EDT).  So our approach to relationships moves from attraction on the physical to attraction to the mental connection. AND spending moves from material goodies (to eat, drink, wear, touch, hold, build) to books (actually about any kind of reading material), classes, information, knowledge - though you want to try to hold back from spending on communication/transportation related devices as Mercury retrograde isn't your optimum time for those purchases.  Venus stays in this mode past the middle of July.

The Summer Solstice (the Sun entering Cancer) was 6/21 at 8/26AM EDT) and the New Moon in Cancer happened last weekend...check the Celestial Gazette for info on that...as well as where Mercury's Rx is happening for each sign.

Oh, the Moon's been in Leo since Tues afternoon (6/27 at 1:09P EDT) so it has been a creative /dramatic roller coaster of expansiveness, restraint, aggression (passion?), confusion and ultimately a spiritual inspiration (maybe channeled into something creative). Play today...the work starts again tomorrow as the Moon comes back to Virgo on 6/30 at 12:15A EDT).    Hopefully this has shed a little Light........Count Your Blessings~ *Amy**
